Notifications brings email and WhatsApp together with templates, consent-aware campaigns, and delivery history. Connect a verified sending domain for email, or bring your customer-owned Meta app, WhatsApp Business Account, and phone numbers. SMS, inbound email, and an SMTP relay are not available.

Your integration at a glance
Use a verified sender, a scoped API key, and a unique idempotency key for every logical message. A successful acceptance response means the message is durably queued; it does not mean it has reached an inbox.
